This link contains notes from a workshop called “barriers to inclusivity.” It was developed by members of the ROAR (revolutionary organization and active re-education) collective and several other members of Occupy Pittsburgh. We developed the workshop in order to catalyze discussion about why it has been difficult for some people or groups of people to participate in the occupy movement, and how we can work together to break down barriers that prevent people from participating.
The notes have been written so that people at different occupations in various locations can replicate the workshop in a manner relevant to them. We plan to continue these discussions and hope to hold another workshop in the future.
