Training program is in steady state. 16 have taken basic course. 26 are in stack for it.10 are in stack for advanced course, though I don’t expect many tomorrow night due to New Years.  At one time I spoke of 20 or 30 TAs available.  With call growth and plan refinement.  are happening, goal of 30 trained people, Summer is a recent new call team person.  Program

  • Step 1, tasking – first identify the big decisions the larger group needs to make.  Subgroups over time will self-identify a set of tasks or decisions that they want to be able to make autonomously, that they will bring to the thursday call for consensus.
  • Tammy: How we work together between the big group and the small groups (Decision making stuff step #2)


  1. Step 2, process for concerns – subgroups hold own calls, do meeting minutes, report back decisions made on the calls.  at that point question if a comment or concern is made there can be a short discussion.  if more than 2 direct responses are put forward and the concern is not met, you assigned a point person who will address the concern one-on-one. if you are still unsatisfied with that discussion, it goes on the subgroup’s agenda (first on agenda) and you get on the call and listen to the group.  If that doesn’t work it can then be put on the agenda of the thursday planning call.
