- would also like to invite newcomers to the planning group to an orientation call BEFORE getting on a Thursday planning call. Openness will still being efficient!

- Gregg is developing a widget for Committees of Correspondence that will have a prominent position in the Right Column. The widget constitutes a graphic and descriptive blurb. This helps solve the problem of real estate and unfamiliar terminology (to new visitors to our site)

- Take the new Style live
- Get involved/Join US Tab (Needs help from Outreach to go live / 2min)
- The idea: Sub menus cover the complete range of how to participate starting with Join the Monday Call all the way up to Join the Planning team with about 8 things in between.
- Need to have Outreach determine the Pathways to Participation (aka the many ways to get involved) to then become some of the sub menus

I see a very detailed agenda but no minutes. Where can minutes be found?

This is all that was available. We are trying to be better about taking notes. In addition we will be posting audio MP3s of the calls so you can listen to those as well.
