in st. louis they used a curfew restriction

We are in this for the long haul.
Move out just before an eviction. You have to move in either case. Make it be your decision.
Move in again after the police have spent the time and money to raid. Then when the police plan to move in again, move out just before. Of course, like a former marine said: you need to have folks watching the police.
The police will eventually run out of funds to do raids. Especially if you can stage a Chicken Little (Henny Penny) that not-the-sky-is-falling, rather that an occupation is building. Then the police will go to a lot of trouble and expense for nothing.
Finding where to go between raids can find new folks to help you. Then you all can move in again. and move out again.
Occupy is the only solution to the mess we are in; the whole system is broken.
